Been thinking about the "I believe" I think I have come up with one more.

"I believe" that trying to think of things that I believe in just takes my mind off other things.

Today is the first day of spring Ya hoo! Looking forward to planting garden, flowers, and promise myself each afternoon I will go out on the deck and sit and watch the birds, etc for at least 15 minutes a day. MMM 15 minutes is a start!
